April 23, 2010 Bust Initial Target: Final Target(s): Start: End: Tornadoes: Severe Hail: Severe Wind: Features: Miles: Plattsmouth, NE Plattsmouth, NE 2010-04-23 3:31 PM MDT 2010-04-23 10:54 PM MDT 0 0 0 bust 298 We watched some towers go up from our target just east of Plattsmouth, NE but convection and presumably instability was too weak to do anything interesting. We crossed the river and sat in Plattsmouth for a while to see if any of the weak cells nearby would intensify. A cell east of Lincoln strengthened and we watched it for a while while staying put.
